Max Hart to tackle Chinese TCR Series

TCR China series

Irish driver Max Hart has signed a deal to compete in the TCR China series this season, with the frst round just over a week away. The Baltinglass driver will join the Z Speed Motorsport team to drive their Hyundai Elantra N TCR Touring Car in the six round championship. Hart, already a proven winner in the British TCR series, is unsurprisingly relishing his return to the factory built touring cars. Not only is it a cost effective deal for the Motorsport Ireland young Driver of the Year finalist, but he stands to earn strong money, should he win the Rookie or overall title. The series’ calendar includes such tracks as the Shanghai International Circuit, the home of the Chinese Grand Prix, and the famous Macau street circuit, which finishes the series in November.

Max Hart: “I’m excited about this one! I have always gone well in TCR cars and I feel confident that this will stand to me when I race in China. I have been practising the circuits on my Sim and training hard too. I can’t wait to get going. A huge thanks to my sponsors who make all this possible!”
